Welcome to HappyTime App (referred to as the "App", "HappyTime", "we", or "our"). We are dedicated to safeguarding and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy pertains to the experience we offer to users aged 18 and above on our App.
The Privacy Policy has been composed in English (US). In the event that any translated version of this agreement contradicts the English version, the English version shall prevail.
We collect and process information you provide when you create an account and upload content to the Platform. This includes registration information, profile information, user-generated content, opt-in choices, and information shared through surveys.

HappyTime has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information.
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a person under the age of 18, we will delete this information and terminate the person’s account.
We recommend and encourage you to consider carefully the disclosed information of other users. We do not recommend that you put sensitive information in your Profile, which is open to abuse and misuse.
